Mix each 1 gm of NiQu HMoF sachet in 25 ml of mother’s milk (expressed or donor milk)
Or: Mix each 0.6 gm of NiQu HMoF sachet in 15 ml of mother’s milk (expressed or donor milk)

Using a measuring jar, pour required amount of mother’s milk (expressed or donor milk) in a sterile container.
Add the complete contents of the sachet into the container
Stir well to ensure powder is completely dissolved in mother’s milk.
Any left-over feed to be discarded and fresh feed to be prepared every time
Do not store the sachets or the prepared feed in the refrigerator or freezer
